The manufacturers of the Sirona XG3 panorex digital imaging X-ray equipment had the general dentist in mind. It merges superior image quality with simplicity of use, and is also one of our most affordable pieces of X-ray equipment. With the Sirona XG3, you can diagnose tooth decay and other common dental problems before they cause worsening symptoms for the patient. ## How Much Does It Cost? The Sirona XG3 panorex starts at $12,900 depending on unit age, exposure count, optional features and other factors. We offer several financing options for your convenience, and your purchase price always includes on-site installation, training for you and your staff on operating the equipment, and a one-year parts and onsite labor warranty from Renew Digital. ## What Types of Panoramic Images Can I Obtain from This Model? With the Sirona XG3, you can take standard panoramic images as well as left and right orthoradial, lateral dental imaging views to diagnose TMJ, and constant magnification. Some models also include the extraoral bitewing feature as mentioned below. ## Can I Adjust the Sirona XG3 When Working with Pediatric Patients? Yes. Sirona XG3 features a pediatric mode that decreases scan time and lowers radiation output specifically for pediatric patients. ## Does This Model Come with a Bitewing Program? Some Sirona XG3 models include the extraoral bitewing feature, providing an alternative to traditional intraoral bitewings for those patients that have a hard time tolerating intraoral sensors or films. ## Can This Model be Upgraded to Cephalometric Imaging? No, the Sirona XG3 is strictly an entry-level panoramic system and cannot be upgraded to cephalometric imaging. No, the Sirona XG3 cannot be upgraded to CBCT, or cone beam imaging. Consider the Sirona XG 3D Ready or Sirona XG Plus systems if you think you may want to add cone beam to your practice in the future. ## How Can I Be Assured of High Image Quality? All Sirona panorex X-ray machines contain unique orbital paths and focal layers along with a highly technological sensor and automated kV adaptor to provide concise and highly detailed images to ensure consistently high-quality X-rays. ## Can I Integrate This System with Other Software? Yes. The images that you capture with the Sirona XG3 panoramic system may be integrated into most dental practice management and/or imaging software via a TWAIN interface. ## What Are the Actual Dimensions of This Piece of Equipment? The Sirona XG3 panorex has a width of 41 inches, a depth of 54 inches, and a height of 89 inches. ## What Types of Power Requirements Do I Need to Operate This Model?
