Renew Digital Staff Spotlight: Mark Ives

Hi my name is Mark Ives I'm the Support Team Lead here at Renew Digital.

Who is Mark? 

I manage a team that is responsible for providing you five-star service with your X-ray equipment.

Now, who is the real, outside-the-dental-world Mark?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my friends and my family. Playing golf, love playing ping pong, and I'm an amateur barbecue specialist.

How did you land at Renew Digital?

I was referred to a review by a friend of mine who worked here at the time and thought I'd be a good fit for the team here. 

What would people be surprised to learn about you?

Something people wouldn't know about me I volunteer at a place called Action Wildlife. It's a wildlife preserve in Acworth Georgia, and they do a lot with autistic kids from archery to canoeing. It's just a really neat place for autistic kids to get out and experience nature.

What is your favorite thing about working for Renew Digital?

My favorite thing about Renew is how everyone works as a team. No one's ever too busy to stop what they're doing to help the client.

Favorite guilty pleasure?

Sweets, anything sweet. Cookies, ice cream, I don't discriminate.

How would your co-workers describe you?

I hope they would say I'm a team player that'll do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.

Favorite vacation spot?

That's easy.. The Cove down in Atlantis in the Bahamas.

What was your childhood dream?

I always wanted to be a Major League Baseball player. Baseball was a sport that just came easy to me.
