Renew Digital Staff Spotlight: Jajuanna Kirkman

Hi my name is Jajuanna Kirkman. I'm a Project Manager here at Renew Digital and I'm going to tell you a little bit about myself today.

Who is Jajuanna? 

I help offices streamline the process of removing and installing there X-ray equipment.

Now, who is the real, outside-the-dental-world Jajuanna?

I'm a mom, I like to do photography. I'm a very artsy person. I like to throw pottery and take photographs.

How did you land at Renew Digital?

Well, my sister works for Renew Digital. I saw that how she was being treated by the company. I really liked that about Renew Digital and I asked her to put in a good word, and the rest is history! 

What would people be surprised to learn about you?

I'm very cheap so I will try to fix anything before I pay anybody to do it for me. Which.. sometimes I mess up and sometimes it goes well! But in the end I've learned something new.

What is your favorite thing about working for Renew Digital?

The dentists & dental specialists that I talk to on a regular basis. Even the electricians and the I.T service providers.. I love speaking with them and building new relationships. And some of them I still talk to even though after installing, so it's the relationship building of Renew Digital that I use.

Favorite guilty pleasure?

I love True Crime, documentaries and the docu-series. Even the escape rooms. I love love True Crime so that's my guilty pleasure.

How would your co-workers describe you?

They would say that I'm very quiet, shy. But once you get to know me, I'll warm up to you and become very silly and a jokester.

Favorite vacation spot?

Bermuda.. hands down! Beautiful beaches, beautiful pink beaches, greenish blue skies. It's just really beautiful there. That it's a very small place so it has a hometown feel, which is really great.

What was your childhood dream?

My childhood dream was to be a homicide detective. I used to watch Unsolved Mysteries America's Most Wanted, all types of True Crime television shows back then, because I wanted to grow up to be a homicide detective.
